Our Process

Initial Consultation & Documentation

We meet with you on-site to discuss your vision for the project, including the proposed location, design considerations, buildability and building constraints. We can organise all relevant geotechnical reporting and structural engineering for you.

Once we have a clear understanding of the project scope and requirements, we can progress to preparing a detailed cost estimate.

Design, Contract & Approvals

We’ll present your pool design for review and, once approved, take care of the paperwork and approvals required to get your project ready for construction. These include;

- Master Builders pool building contract

- QBCC Home Warranty Insurance premium.

- Building application

- Council approvals

Our aim is to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible

Pool Construction

We manage your pool construction from start to finish, coordinating and overseeing every trade throughout the process. With a hands-on approach, we ensure each stage is completed efficiently, with attention to detail and built to a high standard

Handover - Time to enjoy your new pool!

Once your pool is filled, we’ll commission all equipment and ensure the water is correctly balanced and ready for use. At handover, we’ll walk you through how to operate your pool equipment and explain the ongoing care and maintenance required.
